Any product listed in the 3C certification product catalog but not certified by the 3C certification agency and sold domestically without authorization is an offence and must bear the consequences of administrative penalties and legal risks.

Certification significance

The necessity of CCC certification

1. 3C certification is mandatory certification and a pass to enter the domestic market; CCC is a domestic mandatory certification. If it is sold in China, it depends on whether your company's products are in the 3C mandatory catalog. If it is, you must do 3C certification. Enterprises with 3C certification can enhance the recognition of enterprise products. If the product is exported, there are 3C certification marks, which can reduce some items of export testing.

Certification fee

Factory inspection fee: According to the standard of 2500 yuan / person / day, factories with less than 100 employees will send 2 supervisory auditors, and factories with more than 100 employees will send 3 supervisory auditors or more. 5. Agency service fee: The agency company will charge a certain agency service fee for 3C certification. · Certification cycle

The 3C certification processing cycle generally takes about 2 months.

· Certificate validity

The 3C certification is valid for five years. During the five-year certificate validity period, as long as the manufacturer receives the annual factory inspection (annual audit) every year.

· 3C derived

The 3C derivation is to meet the needs of the manufacturer ’s dealer or partner for an independent 3C certificate. The derivation of the deputy certificate is relatively low, and the processing time only takes 2-3 weeks. The cost is also greatly saved, and there is no need to retest and inspect the factory.

Note: The factory information on the certificate cannot be changed, the main certificate is suspended or cancelled, and the sub certificate is also invalid.

· Import products apply for 3C certification

Products and goods that are in the 3C certification catalog and used for commercial purposes such as sales or profit-making activities require 3C certification. For civilian use, such as scientific research, exhibition, teaching, samples, etc. can apply for exemption from 3C certification.

Since 3C certification requires factory inspection, the cost of 3C certification for imported products will be much higher.
